HOW TO ORDER
1. Kindly send your order to prettyladyboutique@gmail.com.
2. Once we have received your orders, we will check on the availability of the products you ordered. A confirmation email will be sent to you. Upon confirmation of your orders, please proceed to make payment.
PAYMENT
1. Via ATM or Internet Banking to POSB Savings A/C
2. Payment to be made within 24 hours upon our confirmation of product availability.
3. Priority will be given to the customer whom we receive the payment first.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Price is in SGD and is inclusive of normal postage.
2. Accessories are not included unless otherwise stated.
3. We will not be responsible for lost of mail via normal postage. Therefore, registered mail is highly recommended (add on $2.25).
4. No cancellation, exchange or refund once order is confirmed and payment made.
5. Please note that the actual colors of the items may vary from the pictures on the website. This is due to the variation of the computer monitors resolution.
6. For pre-order, refund will be given in the event if items are out of stock.
7. If you purchase pre-order and ready stock items, we will mail out the ready stock and pre-order item together.
